Brian Tamanaha en el Doctorado de Derecho del Externado


Durante esta semana hará una serie de charlas en el Doctorado de Derecho de la Universidad Externado de Colombia el filósofo y sociológo del Derecho Brian Tamanaha profesor de la Universidad de St. John en New York. Tamanaha se ha convertido en una de las figuras más importantes de la sociología del derecho contemporánea y en uno de los herederos de la escuela del realismo jurídico estadounidense. Tamanaha ha sido profesor visitante en la Universidad de Columbia y en las Universidades de Pricenton y Sidney aquí puede ver su página web y abajo sus publicaciones. Siglo del Hombre editores en conjunción con la Universidad de los Andes y Javeriana publicó en el 2007 un libro de Brian Tamanaha en conjunción con SallyEngle Merry y John Griffiths titulada Pluralismo Jurídico aquí.

Las clases se llevarán a cabo del 2 al 6 de mayo en el horario de 2 a 4 p.m., en el auditorio D-604 de la Universidad Externado
